Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and made.gallery (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the made.gallery service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & accounts

  • Access is currently invite-only. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Your account is for you; don’t share it or let others sign in as you.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Your content

  • You own your work. You retain all rights to the images, text, and other content you upload (“your content”).
  • You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate the service and to publish the galleries and pages you choose to make public. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content you’ve made public that others may have copied, and for backups retained for a limited period.
  • You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it. Don’t upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates the rules below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative of minors;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Abuse, disrupt, probe, or attempt to bypass the service’s security or rate limits;
  • Use the service to send spam, or to scrape or harvest data at scale;
  • Interfere with other users’ use of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities.

Community features

If you participate in community spaces (studios, forums, chat), you are responsible for what you post there, and studio moderators may remove content or members within their spaces.

AI features

AI-generated descriptions, captions, and similar outputs are provided as-is and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use any AI output.

Subscriptions & payments

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
  • We may change prices or plans with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content license limits, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be preserved — keep your own copies of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there, except where prohibited by your local law.
